AI Full-stack Engineer

We are looking for a generalist engineer who is as comfortable wiring up LLM pipelines as they are shipping polished UI. You will work directly with founders and designers to turn complex ideas into working products — fast.

What you will do

  • —Design and ship full-stack web applications from concept to production
  • —Build and integrate AI-powered features using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks
  • —Collaborate closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect, animated interfaces
  • —Architect backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that scale
  • —Own your work end-to-end — from database schema to deployment
  • —Contribute to internal tooling and help establish engineering best practices

What we are looking for

  • —3+ years of full-stack experience (Next.js, React, Node.js or similar)
  • —Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering
  • —Comfortable with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation
  • —Strong TypeScript skills and attention to code quality
  • —Ability to move fast without breaking things — you default to shipping
  • —Good English communication; Vietnamese is a plus

Nice to have

  • —Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vercel AI SDK)
  • —Background in product design or strong design sensibility
  • —Familiarity with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion)
  • —Prior startup or agency experience
